人と一緒に仕事をする際、よく使われる表現です。

go along with は、状況によりニュアンスは変わりますが、概ね、協力します/ 賛成します/ 調子を合せます といった様な意味になります。

I can go along with that. – それでいきましょう（私も付き合います）

＜例＞
That sounds like a good way to solve the problems we are facing now. If you can get the related issues resolved, I can go along with that.
