関税は、英語で tariff あるいは customs duty と表現します。
tariff（関税）
政策・制度を決める「課す側（政府）」の立場で使う場合は、tariff です。
政府が主導して「この品に○○％の関税をかけよう」と決める場面で使われます。ニュースや国際交渉の話で使われることが多いです。
